Article 1 (Definitions)
In these Terms, "the Panel" refers to the SNS marketing service operated and provided by SMM.MS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
"User" refers to any individual or entity that places an order or purchases a service through the Panel.
"Reseller" refers to a party that resells, distributes, or provides the Company's services on behalf of the Company.

Article 2 (Application and Agreement)
1. By placing an order on the Panel, the User is deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms of Service, regardless of whether they have read them or not.
2. The Company reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Panel. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version before placing each order.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
1. Users must use the Panel in compliance with the terms and policies of each social media platform (hereinafter referred to as "SNS") and applicable laws of each country.
2. Any use intended to violate SNS policies, such as spam activities, creation of fake accounts, or defamatory behavior, is strictly prohibited.
3. Users shall not modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the system provided by the Company.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Panel:
1. Any act that violates the terms of service of SNS platforms
2. Infringement of the intellectual property or portrait rights of the Company or any third party
3. Spam, unauthorized resale, or misuse of API access
4. Registration of false information or impersonation
5. Defamation or interference with the Company's business
6. Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
1. All prices provided by the Company are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Prices may be adjusted due to currency fluctuations, supplier costs, or external API expenses.
3. Payments shall be made through cryptocurrency or other payment methods specified by the Company.
4. Once payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded (except in the cases specified in Article 9).

Article 6 (Service Delivery)
1. Users acknowledge that delays, interruptions, or failures in delivery may occur due to changes in SNS algorithms, specifications, or APIs.
2. The Company does not guarantee delivery time for any service. Estimated delivery times are for reference only, and delays shall not entitle the User to a refund or compensation.
3. The Company reserves the right to modify or replace the service with an equivalent or higher-quality option to ensure stable operation.

Article 7 (Refunds and Compensation)
1. In principle, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.
2. If a clear system error or incomplete delivery is verified, the Company may issue a balance refund for the undelivered portion.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any account suspension, restriction, or deletion resulting from the use of SNS services.
4. The Company assumes no responsibility for claims or damages arising from resale activities by resellers.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by SNS algorithm or API changes, or disruptions in external services.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of profit or damage to reputation, arising from the use of its services.
3. The Company has no involvement in account bans, suspensions, or restrictions on the User’s SNS accounts and bears no responsibility for resulting losses.

Article 9 (Account and Security)
1. Users must enter accurate information upon registration and manage their account credentials responsibly.
2. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from leakage, loss, or unauthorized use of account credentials (including IDs, passwords, or API keys).
3. Users may not transfer or share their accounts with any third party.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)
1. All text, images, source code, and designs displayed on the Panel are the property of the Company or rightful owners.
2. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or reuse of any content is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 (Service Modification, Suspension, or Termination)
1. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice for operational or technical reasons.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Users or third parties due to such changes.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the principles of international commercial practices and the laws of the United Kingdom (UK Law).
2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
3. Both the Company and the User shall make sincere efforts to resolve such disputes amicably through electronic communication or other reasonable means.
